Newsletter signup stores an email, selected brand, cadence, consent time, signup page, and confirmation/unsubscribe timestamps. Status is pending, active, unsubscribed, or bounced. We do not store IP addresses. Double opt-in is required before a subscription is active. Confirmation and owner alerts may be sent from preview when a mail key is configured. Bulk newsletters stay off until explicitly approved. We do not sell addresses. Unsubscribe is honored via a tokenized link.
